Ordering process
All purchases on our platform are securely processed through Stripe.com, a globally trusted leader in online payment solutions. Stripe supports a wide range of payment methods, including VISA, MasterCard, PayPal, Wire Transfer, and Money Orders, ensuring a smooth and flexible checkout experience.
After successful payment through Stripe, your license will be sent directly by email. If you have any questions about the payment process, feel free to visit the Stripe Customer Support Center.
To place an order use the online form for NemaStudio or GPSSimul and then choose one of the payment options you may find in the Payment option section of the form.
After you have placed your Online Order you will receive the license codes directly by e-mail after successful payment.
We don't provide refunds or exchanges since you can try before you buy for an unlimited period.
Alternatively, companies with purchasing departments that do not use credit cards may use Purchase Orders (see below).
Purchase Orders
Purchase orders are welcome. To issue a Purchase Order
with Sailsoft please email the order to
. The order should contain
at least the following:
- Company name
- Address
- Company phone number
- Buyer name + phone extension
- Purchase Order Number
- The product you like to order the license for
- Quantity
- Name of licensee
- Email address we should send the license codes to
- For EU customers: your VAT number
For purchase orders we charge a small amount (20 Euros) to compensate for administrative costs.
After receiving your purchase order we will send you our invoice including our bank account information, BIC and IBAN. Please allow 1 or 2 business days for processing a purchase order. After receiving confirmation of your payment we will send the license codes by e-mail to the address you have indicated on the purchase order.
