Order Security
The
VeriSign Certificate for SSL transactions offers the highest
security available today. All data exchanged during the
ShareIt! payment process is SSL-secured, so you don't have
to worry about your private information.
Volume Discount Prices
For all our products we provide very generous discounts when ordering in volume. On the order form, you will find a link right below the Quantity column labeled "[Volume discount prices]". Click this link to open the volume discount table. The total price of your order is automatically adjusted with the quantity discount when applicable.
Ordering process
The fastest way to purchase our software is to order online and by Credit Card via ShareIt. To place an order use the online form for NemaStudio, NemaTalker or GPSSimul and then choose one of the payment options you may find in the Payment option section of the form.
After you have placed your Online Order you will receive the license codes at the latest within 8 business hours by e-mail (normally within one hour or even less in working hours at GMT+3).
You will receive your license codes and the invoice from ShareIt. You will also receive a confirmation of your order directly from Sailsoft at about the same time including the license codes. We don't provide refunds or exchanges since you can try before you buy for an unlimited period.
Alternatively, companies with purchasing departments that do not use credit cards may use Purchase Orders (see below).
Purchase Orders
Purchase orders are welcome. To issue a Purchase Order
with Sailsoft please email the order to
or send it by fax to +31 842 215 127. The order should contain
at least the following:
- Company name
- Address
- Company phone number
- Buyer name + phone extension
- Purchase Order Number
- The product you like to order the license for
- Quantity
- Name of licensee
- Email address we should send the license codes to
- For EU customers: your VAT number
For purchase orders we charge a small amount (20 Euros) to compensate for administrative costs.
After receiving your order we will send you our invoice including our bank account information, BIC and IBAN. At the same time - after having verified your credentials - we will send the license codes to the address you have indicated on the purchase order.
